LOCAL PICK UP POLICY

We are happy to offer FREE Local Pickup for our Cumming, GA customers. We have enabled this option to better accommodate our local shoppers. This option is available to everyone at checkout, however, you should not select this option if you are not within driving distance of Cumming, GA. Sashay by Sophia LLC reserves the right to cancel your order and/or invoice you for a shipping label if you are not within driving distance of Cumming and still select the local pickup option at checkout. 

After placing a pickup order, the customer will have 7 days from the day they are notified that the order is ready for pick up. On day 8, if your order has not been picked up you will receive a request for a shipping label payment. If that request is not paid within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and you will be granted a refund through store credit, minus a 20% restocking fee.   

You must checkout online to purchase items. We do not offer in-person payment for local pickup orders. 

All pickup order notifications will be sent through the email or phone number that you provide upon checkout.
